The hotel location was great with access to beautiful nature and hiking options. the restaurant served excellent food and offered free fruit and water at the indoor and outdoor pools.
The staff's friendliness was not up to par and the sound insulation could be improved.

We spent our Christmas holiday in this large hotel with great spa facilities. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the sauna and steam rooms. One of the best things was the free fruit and water at the pool. The food at the restaurant was delicious with a wide variety of choices. Another great advantage was the location next to a beautiful park, perfect for morning runs and evening walks.
We suggest that the hotel could extend the opening hours to allow guests to fully enjoy all the facilities. we had a good experience and would recommend this hotel for those looking to relax and enjoy the spa and surrounding natural beauty.
